No matter in what shape the blade of your knife or tool is: In this course you will learn
to analyze if it has to be sharpened or if it suffices to whet it.
You will find out about basic techniques and you will exercise a simply method
which will equip you to perform it at home. Also you can ask everything
about this topic that you want to know.
Bring your own tools, also your equipment if you want. This way
we have the ideal, individual approach. But grinding machines
and stones are also available while class.

Friday (preliminary discussion in the evening),
Saturday (09-18 o'clock),
Sunday (09-15 o'clock)
